We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Specialist to join our team in Central Sterile Services.

Responsibilities:

* Support all areas within the organization for decontamination and instrument processing
* Participate in the distribution of instrumentation and specified equipment
* Behave in a professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented manner
* Facilitate a team-oriented attitude and participate in on-call duties with a response time of one hour

Requirements:

* High School Diploma preferred
* Knowledge of surgical instrumentation
* Preferred medical terminology
* Current certification as a CRCST with the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management or certification within 24 months of being employed in a benefited position with the organization
* Desirable experience in Central Processing, Surgical Technician, or Nursing Assistant
