Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 065. As a Hybrid Schedule Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and provide mental health diagnosis
Create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
Provide excellent customer service for clients
Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Requirements:
Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Idaho state licensure (LPC, LAMFT, LMSW) and actively pursuing clinical licensure, or preferably already have clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

This position is in POST FALLS, IDAHO. We are in the brand new Millworx Development, right next to Kindred & Co on 4th Street. This is a great location for those that live in WA but want to work in Idaho with a short commute. This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director, Julie Krapfl, LMFT.
