Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular weekly one-on-one supervision to your selected supervisees
  • Sign off on their clinical documentation
  • Ensure their work is within clinical and ethical expectations as well as company policies
  • Report to the Clinical Director on any issues that arise with supervisees
Requirements:
  • Active LCSW license in the state of Idaho for at least 2 years
  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-time clinical experience post-receiving independent clinical license
  • Prompt and effective communicator
  • Comfort with presenting to groups when needed
  • Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
  • Comfort with a highly automated intake process - electronic paperwork, patient portals, etc.
  • Comfort with collecting the patient's financial responsibility at time of service
  • Ability to pass a background check
