Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical Supervisor

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our team members, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regular weekly one-on-one supervision to your selected supervisees
- Sign off on their clinical documentation
- Ensure their work is within clinical and ethical expectations as well as company policies
- Report to the Clinical Director on any issues that arise with supervisees
- Active LCSW license in the state of Idaho for at least 2 years
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-time clinical experience post-receiving independent clinical license
- Prompt and effective communicator
- Comfort with presenting to groups when needed
- Model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Comfort with a highly automated intake process - electronic paperwork, patient portals, etc.
- Comfort with collecting the patient's financial responsibility at time of service
- Ability to pass a background check
