Job Summary

This role utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families

Requirements
  • ASN / ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain your BSN from an accredited program within four (4) years of hire unless you possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
  • Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license
  • Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Work Environment

This role is located at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
