Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for patients
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with providers and clinics
- Triage MyChart messages and monitor chart control
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance clinic efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
