Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and education to patients and families.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required.
- Current license to practice nursing in Iowa required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
