Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely test results, which will inform healthcare decisions and drive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and procedures in Blood Bank, Microbiology, Manual Procedures, and Automated Procedures
- Collect and process patient specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples
- Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes
- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years of college) in a specialized field
- Less than one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- MLT (ASCP or AMT) or MT (ASCP or AMT) or MLS (ASCP) certification
