We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
