The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the restaurant and General Manager to ensure we remain the top choice for our Guests and Employees.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT

  • Driving sales and profitability by fostering Guest satisfaction and overseeing restaurant operations
  • Communicating any issues or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or Guests to the General Manager
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of suitable Team Members
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures during shifts

ARE YOU READY?

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Food Safety Certification
  • 1-2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Basic mathematical abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general systems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and extended hours
  • High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment
