About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Piping Foreman to join our team at Howe, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of plumbing and piping systems for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, fabricate, and install plumbing and piping systems
  • Train and supervise apprentices and journeyman
  • Direct the work of apprentices and journeyman
  • Design work layouts and develop work lists
  • Determine the sequence and methods of assembly and installation of work
  • Motivate employees to meet production goals while promoting safety, teamwork, and cooperation
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of commercial plumbing and mechanical piping experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work at height, on ladders or lifts, and in all weather conditions
