We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist/LSSP to join our team at Assessment Intervention Management. As a key member of our evaluation and intervention team, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and mental health needs of students in public and charter schools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students referred for special education placement, including Functional Individual Evaluations (FIEs) and Re-Evaluation and Educational Determination (REEDs).
  • Participate in the development of individualized educational plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community agencies to design and implement effective intervention strategies that promote student success.
  • Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to contribute to informed decision-making and IEP development.
  • Utilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports for Assessment Intervention Management and school/district requirements.
  • Monitor and submit hours worked through our internal tracking system.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research-based interventions.
Requirements:
  • A master's or Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in school psychology.
  • A valid Ohio School Psychologist license.
Competencies:
  • Proficiency in using test kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools.
  • Strong report writing and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and community agencies.
