DME Coordinator

Pacific Medical, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DME Coordinator to join our team in the Tri Cities, WA territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the medical center has the necessary products available for treatment, communicating with clinical staff, and providing excellent patient care.

• Manage daily inventory and product stocking to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to receive proper documentation and create billable episodes of care.
• Perform measurement and application of orthopedic soft goods devices, such as CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing, and ankle-foot orthotics.
• Screen calls and emails regarding patient status and report potential problems to respective physicians and other care providers.
• Act as a resource to nursing and therapy staff, providing in-service training as needed.
• Work under the supervision of nursing and therapy to provide care and service to patients and their families.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive 5-40% of the time for this position

Pacific Medical, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $36,000-$50,000 annually, expense reimbursement for driving, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
