Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team at SP Incorporated. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our renowned clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of products and services to customers and completion of the sales process with qualifying individuals.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with each interaction, internal and external.
  • Meeting all sales targets and KPIs, and conducting work in accordance with the standards of our Quality Assurance Department.
  • Becoming an expert on our clients' products, services, sales processes, and new technology.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and managing sales projections on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Reporting sales activity with our Quality Assurance Department to target any issues to help drive business growth and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, and/or related study is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, high octane environment is required.
  • Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Understanding how to build relationships and relate to a diverse group of people.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excitement working in an extremely team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
