Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Glassboro. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our spa services, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding their expectations.
  • Promote our spa services, including massages, facials, and hair removal treatments, to increase membership sales and bookings.
  • Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting clients.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Provider team to maximize appointment bookings and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance-based goals, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales.
