Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologist II to join our team. As a Cardiovascular Technologist II, you will assist in providing safe and effective care to patients undergoing cardiovascular catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the performance of cardiovascular catheterization and electrophysiology procedures under the direction of the Cath Lab Manager/Director.
  • Maintain sterile technique during procedures and assist in the maintenance of a safe and efficient environment.
  • Participate in the cath or EP call rotation and have a minimum of 1 year of experience performing invasive cardiovascular procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Cath Lab Manager/Director to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient laboratory operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited CVT program.
  • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience functioning independently in a cardiovascular cath/electrophysiology lab.
