About this UnitOur Labor and Delivery unit is a 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist Group, providing a safe and supportive environment for our patients. We offer a range of labor and delivery options, including hydrotherapy, walking while in labor with telemetry monitors, and epidurals. Our patients are at the forefront of decision-making, ensuring they have a personalized and empowering experience.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families during the labor and delivery process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest labor and delivery practices and technologies.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) diploma.
