This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects, while also contributing to MPI's commitment to excellence and community impact.

  • Possess extensive experience managing large commercial projects
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

About You

We are looking for an exceptional professional with strong leadership qualities, who can effectively manage teams and mentor others. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in project management.

What We Offer

MPI offers a competitive base salary of $125,000, a bonus structure, cell phone and laptop, 4 weeks PTO, major holidays, and 3 personal/sick days off. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including health, medical, vision, dental, and a 401k plan with employer match.
