We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team at Kendall Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, reconciling bank deposits, and preparing regular statements for customers.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable
  • Reconcile daily bank deposits and miscellaneous cash clearing accounts
  • Follow up on past due accounts to minimize delinquencies
  • Prepare and mail regular statements to customers
  • Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Accounting experience required; education preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
