Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, working closely with medical staff and residents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor the use of medical equipment.
- Conduct lab work, including drawing blood and urine samples, and ensure proper documentation of resident histories and interventions.
