The successful candidate will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

The Unit Manager/Director - RN will be responsible for ensuring that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values, and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing, current RN licensure, and experience in nursing leadership. They will be able to manage human resources, limit the use of overtime and agency personnel, recruit and orientate staff, assess work performance, and implement disciplinary action when necessary.

Requirements:
