Navion Senior Solutions, a leading provider of senior living services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as its Director of Clinical Services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement wellness programs and standards, and evaluate staff performance in the Wellness Department.
- Provide direct resident care and medication management, and complete accurate health assessments and updated service plans for each resident.
- Lead the development of resident care and service management approaches, and ensure compliance with medication management procedures.
- Serve on Quality Improvement Committees, including Resident Care management, Infection Control, and Safety.
- Coordinate Infection Control efforts, following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a management position in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to resident care in the geriatric population.
- Solid understanding of resident assessments and the care planning process.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and management experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and ability to learn new applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local adult care regulations.
