Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health team in a part-time capacity. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with other healthcare team members.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current Registered Nursing License in the state of Texas or Compact state.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science (preferred).
- Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing (required).
- Medical/Surgical Nursing experience (preferred).
- Medical Surgical ANCC Certification (preferred).
