Job Title: Java Technical Lead

TalentOla is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Java-based applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Java-based applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Java development, with a focus on cloud-based applications.
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
