Electrical Foreman

Automationtechies is in search of an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee job crews on various industrial electrical assignments. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct the activities of job crew personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire crew members; implement company policies as necessary.
  • Analyze and comprehend job plans, specifications, and contract scopes.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and deliver precise updates.
  • Track job progress and produce RFIs and other essential documentation.
  • Guarantee adherence to National Electrical Codes and safety regulations.
  • Oversee tool management, procure materials, and uphold a tidy job site.
  • Authorize and monitor employee work hours and performance metrics.

Qualifications for Success

  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role as an Industrial Foreman.
  • NCCER certification or Electrician State License is advantageous.
  • Capability to pass a DISA drug/alcohol screening.
  • Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, and L.O.T.O policies.
  • Expertise in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with bending and installing conduit, wiring, and electrical apparatus.
  • Knowledge of single and three-phase motors and motor control systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Note: The annual base salary range for this position is provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be based on factors such as work experience, education/training, key skills, and other considerations.
