We're seeking an E-Commerce Data Specialist to join our team. Our E-Commerce team members are the quiet heroes whose diligence & eye for detail ensures that our ecommerce products are accurately categorized & described in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily submissions of new product offerings.
- Enter product specifications into our systems; coordinate with other departments & conduct online searches to capture missing/supplemental data.
- Confirm accuracy of data with the Purchasing & Pricing teams prior to upload into our systems.
- Coordinate with the Graphics team on maintaining printed material data.
- Assist with related projects & duties when the business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data maintenance/ website or catalog data maintenance.
- Proficient use of Excel, including VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, etc.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
- Microsoft Access experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong researching skills via printed material and online offerings.
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to multi-task while under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required.
