The Automotive Customer Service Specialist will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, addressing automotive inquiries, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and service technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for vehicle services.
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for technicians promptly.
- Ensure all forms are accurately completed, updated, and finalized in accordance with company and customer standards.
- Provide exceptional phone support and greet customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize the point of sale system to generate work orders and process customer invoices efficiently.
- Calculate sales totals, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Stay informed about current promotions, payment policies, and security protocols.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash counting, drawer balancing, and deposit preparation.
- Generate billing statements using computer systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including shelves and counters.
- Assist at other retail locations as required.
- Adhere to the company's employee handbook and policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
- Ability to consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Competence in reading and following instructions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

$17 to $20 per hour.
