- Oversee the inventory management of chemicals and compounding supplies.
- Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all tasks and routinely assess processes.
- Familiarize yourself with procedures and products across various pharmacy departments.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).
- Completion of Sterile Compounding Training.
- Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
- Commitment to ongoing education in pharmacy practices.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including pharmacy calculations.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year in a pharmacy environment.
- At least one year of experience in compounding or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Competent in using internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Familiar with the pharmacy's current software systems and committed to continuous training.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
- Must possess close vision and the ability to adjust focus as needed.
Job Type:
Full-time, with a structured schedule.
