Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas
  • Support sales floor operations, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels
