Job Description

This Clinical Staff Nurse role involves providing direct patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare staff to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing skilled nursing procedures and assessments
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Florida RN license
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in pediatric nursing
  • An Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current certifications in BLS and any relevant life support training
