Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Miami, providing care to pediatric patients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
  • Care for pediatric patients with various medical conditions in a home setting.
  • Implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or other authorized healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (facility contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
Compensation and Benefits:

$95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
