Production Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Signage Design Expert will oversee all facets of sign production. This includes the assembly of signs, which involves preparing substrates and utilizing appropriate machinery and techniques to fabricate products according to detailed instructions. The scheduling for this role is adaptable to accommodate both employee and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring accountability for the expected workload.
  • Assess the optimal output method tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients on file transfers, online proofs, and other related tasks.
  • Create detailed illustrations, layouts, and copy for print production in accordance with client or supervisor directives.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of jobs for accuracy prior to production, ensuring correct materials and settings are utilized.
  • Source images, adhering to copyright regulations and understanding usage rights, while also working with vendors for optimal image quality.
  • Prepare substrates for vinyl applications, which may involve cutting, painting, and cleaning.
  • Execute weeding of excess vinyl from computer-cut designs, employing various techniques based on image complexity.
  • Perform finishing tasks such as laminating and mounting printed materials.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure while producing high-volume, quality work.
  • Physical ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to perform tasks that require leaning and repetitive hand motions.
  • Experience with light power tools is preferred.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
