ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Social Services Director, this position entails implementing the social services component of the Center to fulfill residents' needs, comply with regulations, and adhere to company policies to assist each resident in reaching their fullest potential.

Qualifications:


• Ideally, one (1) year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting


• Proficient in reading, writing, and effectively following instructions
