About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join our team at Faulkner Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a seamless car-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of vehicles and features to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
