A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC seeks an exceptional Asset Manager to join its Real Property Management (RPM) team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of services related to real estate assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination of asset management activities across assigned programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and MS Directives/Instructions. Additionally, they will maintain accurate program property playbooks and collaborate with program management to ensure effective lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating asset management activities across assigned programs.
  • Serving as a single point of contact for Government Property (GP) matters.
  • Collaborating with program management to ensure lifecycle management.
  • Attending meetings with the Program Office and Government customer representatives.
  • Providing training and education on property management policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have a SECRET CLEARANCE and be a U.S. Citizen to apply.
  • Five to seven years of proven experience in asset management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess good collaboration skills.
  • Computer literacy sufficient to operate spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
