We are seeking an experienced Property Assets Coordinator to support Real Property Management (RPM) at A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC. The RPM team is responsible for managing multiple design and construction projects located in various areas across the United States.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate asset management activities across assigned programs as a single point of contact for all Government Property (GP) matters
- Control and maintain Government Property in accordance with contract provisions, MS Directives/Instructions, and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Ensure accuracy of Program Property Playbook (RPM listings) and work with program management to implement lifecycle management strategies
- Attend meetings with program office representatives and government customer teams
- Provide support for property-related requests from customers
- Lead contract closeout efforts
- Collaborate with program personnel to ensure adherence to RPM Asset Management processes
- Assist in bi-annual inventory and records clean-up for assigned programs
- Train and educate others on property management policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Must possess a SECRET CLEARANCE and be a U.S. Citizen to apply
- Experience in Federal government office planning is preferred
- Five to seven years of proven experience in asset management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience with marketing and business development efforts is highly desired
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Industry accreditations (CCIM, ISO 5500) are preferred
- Selected applicants will undergo a background investigation

Occasional travel may be required for this position.
