Job Summary
This nursing position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in an inpatient setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will administer medication, conduct screenings, and provide healthcare education to patients under your care. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular medical screenings and assessments of patients
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a valid Florida LPN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience working in the medical and/or behavioral health field. A valid Florida driver's license is also necessary.
