We are seeking an Addiction Therapist to join our team, providing therapeutic support to individuals on their journey to recovery. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in helping clients achieve mental health and sobriety.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with experience in individual and group counseling, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. Additionally, you must be committed to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In this role, you will provide individual counseling services to clients, addressing their mental health and substance abuse concerns. You will also facilitate therapeutic group sessions, promoting a sense of community and shared support. Furthermore, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Your salary will be between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
