We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative and Retail Associate to join our team at Chevron Stations Inc. in Irvine, CA.

About the Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Service Representative and Retail Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining store appearance, and promoting products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring the overall store is clean and well-maintained.
  • Promote products and services to customers by offering suggestions and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as opening or closing the store, processing inventory, and performing cash reconciliations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 18 years of age (21 years of age for Graveyard shift) and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays and Sundays.
