Position Overview:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for various roles with minimal oversight
- Establish strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to facilitate a seamless recruitment process
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, manage candidate expectations, and provide timely updates
- Develop candidate relationships, broaden the talent pool, and pursue referrals
- Proactively source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google
- Negotiate salaries, ensuring alignment with company goals and candidate expectations
- Collaborate with the hiring team to develop job descriptions and marketing materials
- Support metrics reporting to improve the recruitment process
- Oversee the corporate recruiting internship program and contribute to social media strategies
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members on strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with a minimum of 1 year in an agency
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors ATS is advantageous
- Strong research capabilities with proficiency in Boolean searching
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Education Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
