Position Overview:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for various roles with minimal oversight
  • Establish strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to facilitate a seamless recruitment process
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, manage candidate expectations, and provide timely updates
  • Develop candidate relationships, broaden the talent pool, and pursue referrals
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Negotiate salaries, ensuring alignment with company goals and candidate expectations
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to develop job descriptions and marketing materials
  • Support metrics reporting to improve the recruitment process
  • Oversee the corporate recruiting internship program and contribute to social media strategies
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members on strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments, with a minimum of 1 year in an agency
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors ATS is advantageous
  • Strong research capabilities with proficiency in Boolean searching
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Self-driven and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

Education Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
