We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Cleaning Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Merry Maids. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in our house cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control, including customer and team member relations.
- Coach team members to understand and effectively follow all Merry Maids cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Conduct proactive quality checks with customers to ensure team members are following procedures.
- Perform ride-alongs or inspections as assigned by the Franchise owner or Office Manager.
- Follow up on customer concerns and coach team members on any issues.
- Answer in-bound phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Speaking and hearing English.
- Reading English on an average adult level.
- Writing English clearly.
- Ability to drive personal car to several work site locations throughout the workday.
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
- Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.
