About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of highly visible products across every geography in the world. You will be responsible for translating sophisticated insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling, while driving design solutions that elevate the future of apparel at Nike.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet deadlines and hit price points.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives and visual storytelling that resonate with global consumers.
• Present design concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal audiences, including senior leadership and product managers.
• Influence teams and contribute to the creative vision of Men's Basketball, leading team meetings and cascading critical information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• 8 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Passion for design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes, and tools.
• Strong knowledge of apparel product creation and proficient in Adobe CC.
• Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities, while fostering an environment of inclusivity and diversity.
