Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Merchandising Strategist to join our team at Creative Circle. This 5-month freelance role is based in Bentonville, AR, and requires a 40-hour workweek.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to optimize the digital shelf, ensuring all data related to items on display is accurate and complete. You will analyze top search terms and develop strategies to increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-focused navigation to ensure data accuracy and completion
  • Elevation of de-escalation modules (3ups and 5ups) and issue resolution
  • Understanding customer search and browse behavior to improve the shopping experience
  • Prioritization and optimization of facets
  • Monitoring in-stock levels and reacting to inventory changes
  • SEO optimizations and left-hand navigation enhancements
