Position Overview: As a Tactical Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a visual deterrent against potential theft and dishonesty while ensuring a positive shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional presence at the front of the store.
- Serve as a visual deterrent to discourage theft and dishonesty.
- Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide.
- Wear the approved company uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
- Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
- Establish and maintain a designated position within the store.
- Assist customers by directing them to store management or customer service when needed.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
- Conduct a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Document incidents as required in the AIIM Case Management system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or security preferred.

Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
