Responsibilities
- Comply with safety and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to Department/Unit policies and guidelines to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Document activities accurately and consistently, following Department/Unit Guidelines.
- Perform critical and frequent services with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide care and services based on identified patient needs, demonstrating a patient-centered approach.
- Utilize required equipment to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Consult with department resources to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Demonstrate professional responsibility and adhere to job classification standards.
- Demonstrate Core Values, including Guest Relations/Guest Service Standards and Behavioral Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program (APRN or PA-C) with a strong foundation in family medicine.
- Current licensure required to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrate clinical competence, collaboration skills, and ability to initiate and plan own activities.
- Adequate conversational English is required to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
Compensation
$68.14 per hour
