Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the safety and security of the client site and its employees.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Complete and deliver timely and accurate reports, recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all client procedures and regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Respond quickly to critical situations and provide support in the event of an emergency or alarm.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of age or older, with a valid CA BSIS Guard Card Certification and a valid US State-issued Driver's License.
  • Skills: Ability to evaluate and de-escalate conflicts, work independently, think and act under pressure, and effectively operate communications equipment and smartphone technology.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, indoors and outdoors, under various environmental conditions.
