Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Post Acute Care Service Manager to join our team at Grand View Hospital.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. As a Post Acute Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational function of our Post Acute Care Services Departments, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Administratively responsible and accountable for assisting in facilitating overall operational function of leadership initiative, coordination and supervision for assigned area.
  • Strategic Planning: Utilizes strategic planning process to facilitate long-range focus in planning, budgeting, procedure, and documentation development for assigned area.
  • Goal Setting: Recommends and participates in establishing structure, goals, objectives, and management initiatives for assigned area.
  • Trend Analysis: Has knowledge of trends, issues, standards, and legalities of hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Fiscal Management: Recommends and participates in fiscal planning activities for assigned area, prepares annual operating, capital, and expense budgets for assigned areas.
  • Quality Improvement: Facilitates the attainment of the goals and objectives of the assigned area, participates in hospital administrative on-call as designated.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors Degree, required
  • Experience: Minimum of Five (5) years of experience required in Post Acute Care Services Management
Compensation and Benefits
