We are looking for a meticulous and finance-savvy individual to take on the role of Student Financial Services Coordinator. This position demands a proactive professional who excels in managing various tasks within a dynamic setting while prioritizing student needs.

Core Duties:
As a Student Financial Services Coordinator, your main responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing and updating student financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Timely and precise posting of payments, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Reconciling student accounts and addressing any discrepancies efficiently.
- Issuing bills for tuition, fees, housing, and other related charges.
- Collaborating with various departments to guarantee accurate billing and payment processes.
- Providing exceptional support to students and parents, addressing inquiries related to financial accounts and payments.
- Assisting in the creation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring confidentiality of student records in line with regulatory standards.
- Keeping abreast of industry best practices and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Student Financial Services Coordinator position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational environment.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, billing, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
