Requirements include an active New York State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, experience or recent graduation, and a strong desire to develop expertise in a subspecialty. Additional benefits include no hospital requirement, no on-call requirement, and support staff structure. Compensation rates are based on experience, with new graduates starting at $95-100K base salary. Advanced Practice Providers may receive semi-annual bonuses.
