Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in childcare.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • High energy levels and strong teamwork skills to effectively engage with staff, children, and families, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of child development principles.
  • Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
  • Successful completion of a thorough background check and health assessment.
  • Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with at least 30 credits in ECE.
  • Ability to participate in physical activities, including walking, lifting objects, and maintaining auditory awareness at various levels. Mobility requirements such as kneeling, bending, and squatting may apply.
  • Visual capabilities including near vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
