Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our financial team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliations: Complete account reconciliations, analyze financial data, and identify corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis.
  • Internal Controls Adherence: Review and verify monthly accounting processes to ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Verify information and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with accounting procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an accounting department with similar responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Highly skilled in the use of Excel. Experience with QBO is a plus.
